Red potatoes are harvested in early spring. If they are kept in suitable conditions, they can retain their nutritional and organoleptic properties for several weeks.
- Once you receive your potatoes, keep them in a cool and dry place. To prevent early germination, avoid total darkness or light. Neither should you pile them up too much or mix them with other fruits.
- Remember to remove those potatoes that are in poor condition so that the others do not spoil
