Harvesting and Shipping

Daily Harvesting: Most of our products are harvested, sorted, and shipped on the same day to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Estimated Delivery Date: Each product includes an estimated delivery date under normal circumstances. However, since many products are harvested on the same day, delays may occur due to factors such as:
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Logistical issues.
- Insufficient stock from the crop.

Packaging: Fruits are selected at various stages of ripeness and carefully packed in durable food-grade cardboard boxes to maintain the best conditions of temperature and humidity during transport.

Orders after 12:00 PM: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are generally processed the next day, although in some cases, they may be shipped on the same day due to logistical reasons.

Orders between Thursday and Monday: Orders placed between Thursday and Monday at 12:00 PM are prioritized for international shipping to ensure optimal delivery. National shipments are managed as soon as possible, but in some cases, they may be processed for Tuesday dispatch, depending on logistical circumstances or demand.

Specific Delivery Date: If you would like the order to be delivered on a specific date, please specify this in the order notes when placing the order.
A) National Shipping (Mainland Spain)
- Coverage: Exclusively within mainland Spain (we do not ship to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands).
- Free Shipping: On orders over €30, with delivery within 24 hours, depending on harvesting, weather conditions, and stock availability.
- Shipping Cost for Orders Under €30: For orders under €30, a fixed shipping cost of €5 will be applied to the total cart.
- Shipping Days: From Monday to Thursday (we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays).
- Avoiding Delays: We do not ship on Fridays to avoid products being held in warehouses over the weekend and losing freshness.
- Holidays: We try to adjust delivery schedules on holidays to minimize delays, but we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by holidays in the customer’s region.
B) International Shipping
We ship to various European countries with the following formats and rates based on the destination:
1. Shipping to Portugal
- Orders up to €50: €8
- Orders over €50: €15
- Transit Time: 24/48 hours.
- Shipping Days: Shipping is available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
2.Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Denmark
- GLS – Shop Delivery Internacional:
- Orders up to 30 kg: €15
- Orders over 30 kg: €30
- Transit Time: 3 to 4 business days.
- Shipping Days: International shipments are made on Mondays to ensure products arrive within the same week, avoiding delays at transport centers.
Payment Methods
- Credit Card: You will be redirected to the secure payment platform Servired (La Huerta de Pancha never has access to your banking information).
- Bizum: Pay by entering a phone number associated with Bizum and confirming through your banking platform.
- PayPal: You will be redirected to the secure PayPal payment platform (La Huerta de Pancha never has access to your banking information).
- Bank Transfer: After confirming your order via bank transfer, you will receive the necessary bank details to complete the payment. The shipment will not be processed until La Huerta de Pancha receives the payment. We recommend sending the payment receipt to info@lahuertadepancha.es to expedite the process.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure servers, encrypting your data with top-level security protocols to ensure the confidentiality of all transactions.
