1. Shipping Policy
Our products will be collected, classified and shipped on the same day to keep all their properties and freshness intact. In this way, IN LA HUERTA DE PANCHA we are committed to offering you our freshly collected products from our garden and sent in urgent service 24 hours so that you receive them the next day at your home.
Once the order is placed, we will collect the best fruits for you with different degrees of maturity and we will package them with great care so that they arrive in the best conditions. For this we will use a food carton container with maximum resistance for transport, and that guarantees the best conditions of temperature and humidity.
Our express delivery companies will pick it up from our farm that same afternoon, and you will receive it at your home within 24 to 48 hours after it has been picked up.
A) National Shipments
All domestic shipments to the Peninsula are completely free of charge from 30€ and more and are sent within 24 hours. We ship Monday through Thursday (no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). We do not ship on Friday so that it is not in a warehouse all weekend, and we cannot ensure maximum freshness.
In the weeks that there are holidays the delivery schedules will be updated, it is not the responsibility of La huerta de Pancha if it is a holiday in the customer’s region on the day of delivery.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, because no transport agency guarantees 24h shipping, and in some of these destinations even goes through customs and as it retains some extra day can spoil the product. We cannot guarantee freshness in such destinations.
Placing the order before 12 noon, ensures that your order is dispatched the same day and can arrive the next day, however, we cannot 100% guarantee that you will receive it in 24 hours as we depend on the transport agency. In isolated cases, it could reach you within 48 hours from the day of dispatch of the package, such as force majeure such as temporary or technical incidents by the transport company, or other cases such as very remote addresses such as small remote towns where the Carrier route are not daily.
Our main concern is that you have your order as soon as possible and in the same conditions that leave our orchard, so we work closely with the transport agency to ensure optimal service.
B) International Shipping
We ship to Europe, specifically to: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino.
These international shipments usually have a duration of 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there are no deliveries). Therefore, international orders will be shipped on Mondays, so that you have it the same week, without the package is parked in transport centers, in order to reach you in the best possible condition.
2. Payment Methods
The following forms of payment are accepted:
By Credit Card. You will be redirected to Servired’s secure payment platform, with LA HUERTA DE PANCHA not having access to your bank details at any time. Through Bizum. You will be redirected to the Bizum payment platform. All you have to do is enter a phone number associated with Bizum and confirm the payment on your banking platform.
Through PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment platform, without LA HUERTA DE PANCHA having access to your bank details at any time.
By bank transfer. When confirming your order by bank transfer, LA HUERTA DE PANCHA will provide you with the necessary data to make said transfer. Until LA HUERTA DE PANCHA receives payment from your bank, the shipping process will not start. In case of choosing bank transfer, it is recommended to send proof of payment to info@lahuertadepancha.es to speed up the shipment.
